Job Title: Production Manager – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Job Type: Full-Time

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily operations within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for meeting production goals while ensuring compliance with cGMPs, FDA, OSHA, and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and coordinate daily production activities
-Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards
-Troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements
-Manage staffing levels, schedules, and team performance
-Collaborate cross-functionally with support departments

Requirements:
-5+ years of production management experience in a pharmaceutical environment
-Hands-on experience with liquid pharmaceuticals and liquid filling 
-Strong knowledge of cGMPs, FDA, OSHA, and quality systems
-Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced setting
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
