Position Overview:

Our Client is a leading organization located in Vaughan and is hiring a Client Specialist who will be responsible for building, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Client Training and Support
  • Onboarding and Implementation
  • Product/Service Knowledge
  • Performance Monitoring

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in a similar capacity
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge for data entry and analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in account management
