Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in a similar capacity
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and meticulous attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel knowledge for data entry and analysis
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in account management
