Position Overview:

This is a 16 month contract position with the possibility to go permanent. 

Our client in the Real Estate industry is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team, reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing a high volume of invoices with accuracy and timeliness. You’ll also work closely with various teams across the organization, providing support for department functions and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process a large number of invoices within an automated system, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Handle invoice processing, including purchase order (PO) matching and holdback management.
  • Manage payment uploads for utilities and internal fee transactions.
  • Assist with manual invoice processing as needed.
  • Address inquiries and handle ad hoc requests efficiently.
  • Support special projects and take on additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an Accounts Payable focused role
  • Education in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Experience with Yardi an asset
  • Experience in the Real Estate industry an asset
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work
