Position Overview:

Our client, a reputable Real Estate company, is seeking a detail-oriented professional who is responsible for the review of financial statements, review annual CAD and US tax returns, assist in preparation of monthly cash projections and analysis for quarterly distribution. 

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor cash flow activities 
• Prepare financial reporting packages 
• Prepare financial statements for internal and external parties
• Assist in preparation for projections and forecasts 
• Prepare and review monthly working papers 
• Ad hoc responsibilities
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Education in Finance, Accounting or related Field
• Pursuing CPA (close to designation) or CPA Designated 
• Minimum 3 years of public accounting experience 
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
