Job Title: Manager, Accounting

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Accounting to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, and managing a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
- Coordinate and manage the annual audit process
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA designation required
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with some formal or informal management experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experienced with managing the financial closing process end to end
- Proficient with ERP systems and excellent system skills - adapts and learns new technologies quickly
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
