About Our Client

Our client in the real-estate industry located in Markham, is hiring a Property Accountant for a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with general accounting and financial statements
• Perform monthly account analysis and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly reports and variance analysis
• Complete recovery calculations for reforecast and property budgets
• Oversee lease setup and create recovery models for newly acquired properties, as required

Qualifications

• Property Accounting experience
• Residential, Commercial experience would be an asset but not a key
• Yardi Voyager software would be a strong preference
• Strong Excel skills and experience with TMI
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
