Role Overview
Lead MEPT projects with advanced engineering expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology systems. Drive business growth, manage teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with client and company standards.

Your Impact

• Lead MEPT teams and business development efforts to achieve financial success.

• Oversee project operations, ensuring cross-disciplinary coordination, timely delivery, and compliance with LEAF Engineers’ quality standards.

• Manage client relationships, proposals, cost estimates, and project documentation (design, construction, closeout).

• Communicate effectively with leadership, clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in AEC/engineering consulting.

• B.S. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Professional Engineering (PE) license.

• Proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD; ability to conduct site inspections.

• Strong project management skills (budgets, timelines).

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in K-12 educational projects.

• Experience with Title-24/Energy Pro software, DSA compliance (California roles).

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and MEP calculation skills.

California candidates: K-12 and DSA experience preferred.
