life. We’re at a pivotal point in our growth and are looking for a hands-on, experienced leader to
help build the operational backbone of our company.
Role Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Manager to start by working in the field, gaining firsthand
experience with our installation and remodeling processes. As you learn the work, you'll
collaborate with ownership to create and refine operational procedures, quality standards, safety
protocols, and project workflows. Over time, your role will evolve to focus more on strategic
leadership, staff development, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Field & Project Operations
Work alongside field teams to learn ramp installation, bathroom remodeling, and other
core services
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for job execution, safety,
and quality assurance
Ensure project timelines, budgets, and scopes are adhered to in the field
Support job site planning and logistics to ensure smooth execution and material
availability
Systems & Process Development
Collaborate with ownership to implement systems for inventory tracking and
management
Enhance internal communication channels between field teams, office staff, and clients
Build out and optimize workflow structures and project closeout processes
Recommend and help integrate appropriate technology tools (e.g., project management
apps, time tracking, inventory software)
Management & Leadership
Serve as a mentor and eventual leader for field staff
Monitor and enforce quality and safety standards across all job sites
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of future operations personnel
Provide regular reporting and feedback to ownership
Qualifications:
5+ years in residential construction, remodeling, or a related field
Hands-on experience with installations, remodels, or carpentry preferred
Strong understanding of job site operations, safety standards, and workflow planning
Proven experience developing or refining operational systems
Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn and implement new tools
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Eager to grow with a company and take on more strategic responsibilities over time
