Job Description

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Tax Manager with 7+ years in public accounting to lead engagements, mentor teams, and deliver strategic tax solutions.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of public accounting experience.

  • Active CPA or EA certification required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven supervisory skills and technical tax expertise.

  • Excellent communication and client relationship-building abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review Individual, Corporate, Partnership, Estate, and Trust tax returns.

  • Assist clients with tax/financial planning and complex tax research.

  • Supervise, train, and collaborate with junior and senior staff.

  • Oversee client account management.
