Commercial/Industrial HVAC Service Technician

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and system inspections
• Work directly with clients to provide top-tier service and recommendations
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to efficiently complete projects
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience as a commercial or industrial HVAC service technician
• Certifications: EPA certification required; additional HVAC certifications are a plus
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge: Familiarity with various HVAC systems, controls, and energy efficiency best practices
• Communication: Ability to clearly explain technical issues to clients and team members
• Reliability: A strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality
