About Our Client

Our client, a developer in the Toronto area is looking for a Project Accountant.  The Project Accountant will work cross-functionally with operations and the construction teams.  If you have an interest in real estate and a minimum of 2 years experience with full-cycle accounting, this could be the Project Accountant role for you!

Responsibilities

• Assist with building budgets, and provide variance analysis
• Property accounting (AP, AR, J/E, reporting)
• Tax filings
• Prepare cash position reports
• Assist with process improvements/policy development

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in making a positive impact on the planet and in real estate
• 2+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• University/college education, CPA enrollment
