Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Albany, GA. This role involves a wide range of HR responsibilities, including recruiting, benefits administration, and employer relations. The ideal candidate will have experience in these areas or the capability to learn quickly. Additionally, the HR Generalist will be involved in succession planning to ensure the continued growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding- Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries- Foster positive employer-employee relations and address any issues or concerns- Assist in the development and implementation of succession plans- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations- Provide support in various HR functions as needed

Qualifications:- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role- Strong recruiting skills and experience- Knowledge of benefits administration- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion- Capability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment- Experience in succession planning is a plus.

Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
