Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our client in Springhill, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex civil engineering projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
- Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and project updates

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure and construction projects
- Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro)
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and standards
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience with sustainable and green building practices
- Familiarity with advanced modeling and simulation techniques
