About Our Client

Our client, an industry leader in the real estate spacc, is adding a Senior Accountant to their team.  The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing hedge contracts, forecasting, and reporting including MD&A.  If you are looking for some amazing industry experience, this Senior Accountant opportunity could be for you! 

Responsibilities

• Oversee the inventory of derivative hedge contracts across various legal entities, including analysis of impact of these contracts
• Preparation and review of the Corporate quarterly reporting package, including legal entity financial statements
• Supporting schedules to support the public audit financial statements and MD&A
• Preparation and review of the quarterly forecast
• Support the execution of complex technical accounting steps and issues, including the coordination with other business units and departments

Keys

• Public accounting background 
• CPA or final stages 
• IFRS experience an asset, but can train 
• Open to industry
