Job Title: Commercial Litigator Attorney - Hybrid
Location: West Palm Beach, FL 

Job Description:
Our firm is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Attorney to join our Litigation Department in the West Palm Beach office. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of litigation experience, including significant writing experience in complex commercial litigation matters. This role offers the opportunity to become part of a growing Probate Litigation practice group, and candidates should have prior experience or a willingness to learn this area of law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters, including legal research, drafting motions, and court filings
• Work closely with the Probate Litigation practice group, developing expertise in the field
• Collaborate with a national team of attorneys, ensuring high-quality legal representation
• Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and courts
• Manage caseload efficiently while maintaining a high level of client service

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• 2-5 years of litigation experience with a strong focus on commercial litigation
• Exceptional legal writing and research skills
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Admission to the Florida Bar (or eligibility for admission)
