Our client, a Logistics company located in the Mississauga area, is looking for a Sales Representative of Fulfillment to join their fast-growing team. In this role, you will focus on driving revenue growth by identifying and securing profitable business opportunities, creating long-term strategies for business expansion, and building strong, lasting relationships with key clients. You will play an integral part in enhancing their operational plans, leading client meetings, and keeping key stakeholders informed of significant business developments. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership role.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Identify and reach out to potential clients, including e-commerce businesses, retail operations, and direct-to-consumer brands, to generate new business opportunities for fulfillment services.
- Client Consultations: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their fulfillment needs, offering customized solutions that align with their business goals.
- Present Solutions: Effectively present our fulfillment services through product demos, presentations, and proposals, highlighting the unique value we bring to clients’ businesses.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and fostering repeat business. Serve as the primary contact throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth fulfillment service delivery and exceed client expectations.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to position our services effectively and identify new opportunities.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet business objectives.
- Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project milestones within CRM systems. Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain sectors is preferred, with a solid understanding of fulfillment processes, inventory management, warehousing, and shipping.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally within logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain services.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal), excellent problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking skills to address client needs effectively.
- Results-driven: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiar with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
