Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care & Evaluation:
    • Perform comprehensive evaluations and examinations for new patients.
    • Establish diagnoses of conditions affecting physical activity and function.
    • Develop personalized care plans, including measurable goals and timelines.
  • Therapeutic Intervention:
    • Design and implement treatment plans using innovative and evidence-based techniques.
    • Utilize state-of-the-art technology to guide interventions and track patient progress.
    • Provide education to patients to ensure continuity of care.
  • Collaboration & Leadership:
    • Work with a cohesive team to develop strategies for practice growth and success.
    • Actively participate in continuing education to enhance skills and explore new perspectives in PT.
    • Contribute to the advancement of the PT field through exceptional patient outcomes
       
      • Education & Licensure:
        Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
        Current and active Physical Therapist license in Illinois (or ability to obtain licensure).
      •  
      • Experience & Skills:
        At least 1+ years of experience in an outpatient neurological, orthopedic, or vestibular rehabilitation setting preferred.
        Proven ability to develop and progress treatment plans in balance and vestibular rehab.
        Passion for working with patients who have vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk concerns.
        Self-motivated with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
