Job Description

We're hiring an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with a background in Industrial Engineering and a solid track record in manufacturing systems and process improvement. This role oversees the technical aspects of optimizing manufacturing systems, including automation, equipment testing, and workflow improvements, to drive safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Design, test, and improve manufacturing systems and equipment such as processing and material handling equipment, tooling, and fixtures.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to align product specifications, manage purchasing, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Utilize statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements, optimizing labor costs, workflow, and equipment placement.
• Drive productivity through accurate metrics, bottleneck analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure all processes comply with governmental laws and regulations, providing recommendations for new policies as needed.
• Oversee equipment maintenance tasks, assess capacity needs, and lead 3D CAD design through the commissioning of tooling and fixtures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in process and design improvements to reduce costs, lead time, and enhance efficiency.
