Business Development – Commercial HVAC Project Sales
We’re looking for a driven and experienced sales professional to help expand our Commercial HVAC service and maintenance agreement business. This is a high-impact role with significant earning potential for a motivated individual who understands mechanical systems and can identify growth opportunities across commercial and industrial markets.
What You’ll Do:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and follow-ups
Conduct site surveys, assess mechanical systems, and propose tailored maintenance solutions
Build lasting relationships with clients through trust, professionalism, and consultative selling
Collaborate closely with service teams to uncover upgrade and retrofit opportunities
Deliver polished, effective sales presentations and handle objections with confidence
What We’re Looking For:
Proven success in HVAC, mechanical, industrial, or commercial B2B sales
Strong understanding of mechanical/HVAC systems and building operations
Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals in a technical environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
