Job Description

LeverageTek is actively seeking a Sales Enablement Operational & Business Analysis Support for a 12-month contract with its remote-based customer.

Work Location
The successful candidate will be required to work 100% remotely. No travel is required.

Key Tasks

• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Support backlog refinement, grooming and prioritization
• Conduct impact assessments related to system changes, releases and new capabilities
• Work with QA teams to clarify requirements, validate test cases and support defect triage
• Support release planning, readiness activities and post-release validation
• Respond to business stakeholder questions and provide clarification related to application functionality
• Support CASL-related validations, questions and simulator scenarios
• Assist with mainframe retirement impact analysis and transition planning
• Support Salesforce capability mapping, integration activities and data migration questions
• Maintain process flows, business documentation and release dashboards
• Perform daily monitoring and operational support across multiple enterprise applications
• Triage incidents, investigate issues and support root-cause identification and resolution
• Support change management activities including approvals, scheduling and execution
• Assist with bug fixes and coordinate remediation activities with development teams
• Support application releases, deployments and production validations
• Perform environment health checks, configuration audits and environment synchronization reviews
• Maintain application integration points including Salesforce-related connectors
• Support vulnerability remediation, access reviews, licensing requests and internal audit activities
• Provide user and stakeholder support including escalations
• Maintain operational dashboards, runbooks and standard operating procedures
• Participate in post-incident reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Application Support or a similar hybrid role
• Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business requirements and writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Hands-on experience with application or production support environments including incident management, change management and release activities

Qualifications

• Experience supporting QA, testing, defect triage and release activities
• Strong ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment
• Strong aptitude for learning new applications, technologies and business processes
• Salesforce implementation, integration or data migration experience
• Experience supporting CRM transformation initiatives
• Experience with legacy application modernization or retirement initiatives
• Experience with enterprise application integrations
• Exposure to CASL validation or related business processes
• Experience supporting environments involving C3, UCM, OBI, BIP, CI, OEDQ or Loqate

Compensation Hourly Rate Negotiable This is an existing position vacancy.
