This position requires a ServiceNow specialist.
Candidates whose experience is primarily in Microsoft, Windows, infrastructure or general systems administration without significant hands-on ServiceNow administration experience will not be suitable for this position.
The ServiceNow CSA certification is a mandatory requirement.
The successful candidate will join an established technology team of approximately 14 professionals within a large enterprise environment.
The current hybrid schedule requires 2 days per week onsite in Toronto. Candidates must be comfortable with the possibility that the onsite requirement could increase to 4 days per week.
The position also includes an on-call rotation every other week, which may require evening or weekend support. Approved overtime may be available when required.
This is a long-term contract opportunity with the potential for extension.
