About the Role
As a Sales / Account Manager Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, business development, and client management. Our comprehensive training program will give you the skills, knowledge, and confidence to become a high-performing sales professional.
What you’ll do:
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through high-volume outreach and client meetings
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, closing, and follow-up
• Develop relationships with senior executives and client stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with your team to hit and exceed sales targets
• Represent Infotek’s services to Fortune 500 clients and grow client portfolios
• Gain exposure to recruitment, screening, and selection processes to understand the complete consulting cycle

• Qualified: University degree or equivalent, OR 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Preferred: Background in sales, business development, or human resources is an asset
