Bilingual (French & English) Recruiter III (12-Month Contract)- Only French & English Bilingual Recruiters will be contacted 

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 1 year (extension unlikely; conversion possible depending on performance and business needs)
Work Arrangement: Primarily remote, with occasional in-office meetings. First week in-office for training.

Location; Toronto/ Montreal/ Halifax/ Ottawa /London
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

We are seeking a Recruiter III (Senior Talent Acquisition Partner) to join our financial client’s Human Resources Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will act as a trusted adviser to business leaders, driving end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent across Canada.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles, from sourcing to offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand talent needs and deliver consultative advice.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging market insights and best practices.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide market intelligence and recommendations on talent gaps and sourcing strategies.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
  • Promote the company brand through strong networking and professional relationships.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 5–7 years of recruitment experience (flexible)
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data organization)

Soft Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Confidence in consulting with senior leaders and executives
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders

Nice to Have:

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with Workday (HRIS/ATS)
  • Experience recruiting in commercial or business banking, or other revenue-generating functions
