Physical Presence: Hybrid, ideally 3 days in office per week, with flexibility to reduce to 2 days if needed.
Job Description
The Solutions Architect Intermediate will design and implement solutions to address specific business needs. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, developing technical specifications, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure. The architect is responsible for maintaining performance and security standards, as well as overseeing development to ensure proper implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop technical specifications.
- Ensure integration with existing infrastructure and adherence to performance and security standards.
- Provide technical leadership during development and implementation.
- Produce design documentation, including component diagrams, impact assessments, sequence diagrams, and use cases.
- Collaborate with system architects to conceptualize solutions.
- Work on system integration and deliver detailed API collections with examples, environments, and use cases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Telco Wireless, ServiceNow, and API expertise (must-have).
- Proficiency with ServiceNow PSR, OMT, and HAM modules.
- Strong background in solution architecture and systems integration.
Role Details
- Preferred Locations: Montreal (preferred for colocation); Toronto acceptable for the right candidate.
- Language Requirements: Bilingualism is not required. Interviews will be conducted in English.
- Typical Day-to-Day:
- High-level design (component diagrams, system impact assessments).
- Detailed design (sequence diagrams, use cases, exception handling).
- Collaboration with system architects to conceptualize solutions.
- System integration with delivery of detailed API collections.
- Key Projects: Play to Win initiative and Government of Quebec wireless deal.
