Schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off, 10 hours per day

Electrical Maintenance Planner – Trusted Partner in Complex Operations

With hands-on experience in a multi-plant industrial/petrochemical facility, you bring deep expertise in electrical maintenance planning. Integrated closely with the client, you excel at building strong, collaborative relationships that drive results.

Your solid grasp of planning principles, combined with a sharp understanding of performance metrics, allows you to organize tasks, communicate clearly, and adapt to complex and evolving project needs. You’re the go-to person for turning challenges into well-executed plans.

 Responsibilities 

  • Create detailed Maintenance work packages with all required resources
  • Coordinate job sequencing and logistics
  • Identify risks and ensure safe execution
  • Maintain job plan library and equipment history
  • Support reliability strategies and continuous improvement
  • Develop detailed, logical, and comprehensive maintenance scopes of work ensuring all required resources including labor, materials, services, equipment, and tooling are included into the completed work package. 

Qualifications 

  • Electrical Trade Certificate, Diploma, or Degree with 5+ years in working on a complex integrated petrochemical operation
  • Strong SAP and MS Project Skills
  • Experience in blueprint reading, hazard analysis, and risk assessment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Working Conditions 

  • Working both indoors and outdoors in hot and cold weather conditions 
  • Must be clean shaven 
  • Personal safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots
