Altis Recruitment & Technology Inc. is currently looking for a sales driven and results-focused, Ottawa-based Account Managers to play a key role in growing our Nonprofit & Associations staffing division. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about diving into sales/business development, loves outreach, and someone who would enjoy building, developing and nurturing new and existing partnerships and client relationships. Previous staffing industry experience and/or strong knowledge of the Nonprofit industry will be considered a strong asset.

Your goals will be to develop and nurture loyal client relationships and to identify qualified candidates. This role will rely on your instincts to understand our clients’ roles and requirements, and our candidates’ career objectives, qualifications, and skills. It will call on your superb customer service skills to bring all parties together and to treat others with respect and care. This position requires business development skills on the phone, in person, and in written presentation.
