Lead and manage PeopleSoft FSCM support and enhancement initiatives, ensuring high-quality service delivery under a managed services model.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that drive customer value.
Provide techno-functional expertise across key FSCM modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Project Costing, Contracts, and especially PayBill Management.
Analyze and retrofit customizations during PeopleSoft upgrade projects to ensure smooth transition and system stability.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide root cause analysis and resolution for production support incidents.
Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions using PeopleSoft tools such as Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Packages, Component Interfaces (CI), BI Publisher, and SQRs.
Proactively monitor system performance and recommend optimizations and improvements.
5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft Techno-Functional experience.
Strong development experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 within the FSCM suite.
Proven ability to manage and deliver in PeopleSoft Managed Services engagements.
Deep expertise in PayBill Management is essential.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and analytical approach to technical challenges.
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to functional teams and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working in client-facing roles or directly with business users.
Exposure to Agile methodologies or iterative project delivery models.
Familiarity with integration tools and middleware relevant to PeopleSoft systems.
Experience in cloud migration or hybrid ERP environments.
