Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Deductions Representative to join a leading automotive financing team. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage high volumes of contract data while supporting dealership communications. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring contract packages meet program requirements and align with monthly funding guidelines.

Location: 2 days in office, located in Mississauga 
Pay rate: $22/hr 
Work hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-5PM 


What You’ll Do

  • Review and enter contract and funding information into internal systems

  • Perform basic calculations to validate amounts and compliance with monthly incentive programs

  • Update databases and monitor contract accuracy (letters, numbers, BINs, amounts, etc.)

  • Follow up with dealerships to ensure complete and accurate documentation for deal funding

  • Respond to email inquiries (and occasional calls) regarding contract status or missing information

  • Cross-reference data against internal requirements and flag discrepancies

  • Learn and navigate 3+ internal systems

  • Support end-of-month processes


What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative, data entry, or contract review roles

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment

  • University education or relevant post-secondary training preferred

  • Experience with data analysis or contract processing is a strong asset

  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and learning internal tools

  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
