Our client in the legal field is looking for a HRIS Administrator to join their team for a 7 month contract starting June 16th. This is a hybrid role, in office twice a week.
This role will play a key part in maintaining and administering Dayforce HRIS.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring employee data integrity, processing system updates, and supporting accurate and timely time sheet processing.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Process changes in HR systems (Dayforce) including employee information updates, new hire setup, employee status changes, and work assignment modifications.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of employee records across platforms
- Set up new hires in the system ensuring all relevant data is entered accurately.
- Run various employee data reports as required by management.
- Monitor and report on employee time and attendance.
- Review, process, and approve timesheets in Dayforce
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of experience in HRIS administration, preferably with Dayforce
- Solid understanding of processes and time & attendance systems
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
