We are looking for a detail-oriented Integration Analyst to support business process improvements across a suite of digital platforms. Working closely with stakeholders and fusion teams, you will drive development of integrated business solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform.
Develop Power Apps and automated workflows using Power Automate.
Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
Integrate Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications into cohesive solutions.
Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and training to end users.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
5+ years’ experience in integration and automation tools.
Hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Experience with utility organizations or public sector initiatives is an asset.
Certifications in SAFe®, PMI-DASM™, or CSM are advantageous.
ITIL familiarity is considered a plus.
