Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Integration Analyst to support business process improvements across a suite of digital platforms. Working closely with stakeholders and fusion teams, you will drive development of integrated business solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Power Apps and automated workflows using Power Automate.

  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.

  • Integrate Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications into cohesive solutions.

  • Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and training to end users.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years’ experience in integration and automation tools.

  • Hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

  • Experience with utility organizations or public sector initiatives is an asset.

  • Certifications in SAFe®, PMI-DASM™, or CSM are advantageous.

  • ITIL familiarity is considered a plus.
