Bookkeeper - Permanent
Our client, a reputable mid-sized construction and site services company, is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to oversee daily financial operations and office administration.
This hands-on, permanent contract position based in Concord, ON, runs Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, with the potential for permanent placement.
It’s an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, field-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Full-cycle bookkeeping (A/P, A/R, payroll, reconciliations)
Financial reporting and job costing
Office management including vendor coordination and supply ordering
Document creation and maintenance in Excel and Word
Support compliance tracking and internal administrative tasks
Requirements:
3+ years bookkeeping experience (construction background preferred)
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks)
Strong Excel and Word skills
Detail-oriented and organized with strong communication abilities
Experience managing office operations independently
