Customer Service Representative – Bilingual (English/French) Location: Aurora, ON (Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8 am and 8 pm
Type: Full-time, permanent
We’re looking for a bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative to join our client's Support Services and Support Centre team. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams and store-level partners to deliver exceptional service, resolve issues, and support marketing and customer programs.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone and email inquiries from stores and internal teams, resolving issues promptly or escalating where necessary
- Log interactions in tracking systems to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up
- Identify recurring issues and propose/document potential solutions
- Participate in daily team huddles and one-on-one meetings to stay aligned with team goals and performance expectations
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve inquiries and meet service level agreements
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by meeting personal and shared goals
- Adhere to safety standards and all corporate policies related to environmental, health, and workplace safety
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and French (verbal and written) required
- Completed post-secondary education
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Experience in supply chain management is an asset
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills – professionalism, tact, and diplomacy in all interactions
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all mediums and with all levels of the organization
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
