Altis Recruitment is grateful to partner with our client in the Broader Public Sector to hire an Administrative Clerk - EV Charging for a
3-month contract in
Toronto. We’re seeking highly organized candidates who have a background in technology or EV Charging.
Responsibilities:
- Update and manage information in EV provider dashboards (e.g. rates, messages, status).
- Schedule and follow up on maintenance and repair work with vendors and service providers.
- Help ensure charging station information is accurate on websites and public platforms.
- Track equipment, signs, and maintenance work in internal spreadsheets.
- Maintain accurate documentation of vendor contracts and performance reports.
- Assist with setup and paperwork for new charging stations.
- Manage inventory of charging equipment and parts.
- Some travel within the Toronto area required (via public transit)
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Educational or professional background in technology is an asset.
- Knowledge of EV charging is an asset.
