Altis Recruitment is grateful to partner with our client in the Broader Public Sector to hire a Customer Service Representative for a 3-month contract in North York (fully on-site). We’re seeking highly professional candidates with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Engaging with clients through calls and written correspondence
  • Sharing clear and precise details regarding subscription offerings or support
  • Addressing concerns and ensuring prompt resolution
  • Assessing customer requirements and proposing suitable responses, referring more complicated matters to supervisory staff
  • Overseeing client records and maintaining up-to-date information
  • Collecting insights and suggestions to enhance service quality
  • Maintaining logs and preparing internal summaries
  • Notifying leadership about recurring issues or emerging customer patterns

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role.
  • A quick learner with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to maintain a positive and composed tone while handling a wide variety of customer inquiries.
