Altis Recruitment is grateful to partner with our client in the Broader Public Sector to hire a Customer Service Representative for a
3-month contract in
North York (fully on-site). We’re seeking highly professional candidates with excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:- Engaging with clients through calls and written correspondence
- Sharing clear and precise details regarding subscription offerings or support
- Addressing concerns and ensuring prompt resolution
- Assessing customer requirements and proposing suitable responses, referring more complicated matters to supervisory staff
- Overseeing client records and maintaining up-to-date information
- Collecting insights and suggestions to enhance service quality
- Maintaining logs and preparing internal summaries
- Notifying leadership about recurring issues or emerging customer patterns
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service role.
- A quick learner with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Previous experience with CRM systems is an asset.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to maintain a positive and composed tone while handling a wide variety of customer inquiries.
