Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:30pm EST
Training: 6-week training program (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm EST)
Pay: $20.43 per hour + $1000 bonus
Start Date: July 9, 2025
About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Digital Marketing Consultant, where you'll use your customer support and digital marketing skills to guide small and medium-sized businesses in optimizing their social media advertising efforts. You’ll play a crucial role in helping businesses maximize their advertising impact and grow their presence online. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference for clients, while also building expertise in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with decision-makers to enhance the effectiveness of their digital advertising campaigns through optimization strategies aimed at increasing ROI.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients improve ad performance and extend their campaign durations.
- Manage a portfolio of small and medium-sized business advertisers, offering personalized recommendations based on their unique needs.
- Use industry knowledge to identify trends, solve problems, and provide consultative advice on social media advertising strategies.
- Troubleshoot and install entry-level HTML and JavaScript code to improve clients' ad experiences.
- Provide both pre- and post-installation support, ensuring smooth implementation of technical solutions.
- Champion success stories from advertisers who have benefited from the products and services.
- Share valuable feedback to improve social media advertising products and the overall customer experience.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-year outbound sales experience (relationship sales, digital marketing, online sales, or telemarketing).
- A total of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) experience is a plus.
- Experience interacting with customers from North America or EMEA.
- Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and technical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with API, pixel, and partner platforms.
- Experience with social media advertising products is an advantage.
- Certification such as Blueprint Digital Marketing Associate is a bonus.
