We’re looking for a friendly and organized Bilingual Receptionist to join our client on a contract basis from June 23rd- September 5th. This is working full time onsite in Scarborough Monday- Friday 9am-5pm.
The Bilingual Receptionist will be the first point of contact to support a busy front desk. This role involves welcoming visitors, handling calls and deliveries, supporting meeting room bookings, and helping with general office tasks.
The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and French.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and sign in visitors and clients
Manage bookings for agency vehicles and track related expenses
Handle incoming/outgoing courier deliveries and mail
Support meeting room scheduling and keep common areas tidy
Distribute cheques, food vouchers, and other items at reception
Maintain reception bulletin boards and suggestion box
Participate in team meetings and follow organizational policies
Support a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
What You Bring:
High school diploma with 1 year of reception experience (or equivalent)
Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
Strong people skills and a professional phone manner
Ability to stay organized under pressure
Comfortable using judgment and working independently
