Our client working in the Non-Profit and Healthcare industry is hiring for a Case Management Clerk to support their team starting on an 11 week contract. This role is likely to extend to a full contract of 6 months and is working in a remote environment throughout ON.
The Case Management Clerk supports by handling a variety of administrative tasks that help ensure efficient service to our members. This includes organizing and processing member correspondence, managing medical records, and supporting team operations.
Review and organize incoming correspondence (faxes, emails, etc.)
Rename and file documents using set standards
Edit and convert documents for internal use
Track and request files from off-site storage
Work closely with staff across departments
Suggest improvements to administrative processes
Completion of a 1-year college diploma or certificate
1–3 years of clerical or administrative experience in a healthcare or legal environment.
Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and web-based tools
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Dependable, organized, and able to adapt to changing priorities
Bilingual in French and English (oral and written) is an asset
