Our client in the Non-Profit space is hiring a Web Content Coordinator (Marketing Team) to join their team on a 11 week temp, with potential extension to 6 months. The Coordinator, Web Content and Marketing Administration, supports the digital presence and promotional activities of the organization. This role is responsible for uploading and managing website content, designing web graphics and banners, and producing analytics reports to track user engagement. The coordinator also provides administrative support for sponsor relations and marketing logistics, working closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members.
Responsibilities:
Upload and update content across the organization’s web platforms
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to implement content strategy
Design banners, graphics, and other visual elements for digital use
Track website traffic and engagement using tools such as Google Analytics
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including page views and user behavior
Prepare and present monthly analytics reports with actionable insights
Identify and monitor content performance trends to optimize engagement
Assist in coordinating promotional products (e.g., branded baseball caps), under the Marketing Manager’s guidance
Collect sponsor logos, manage back-and-forth communication, and coordinate branding materials
Organize logistics and administrative details related to marketing campaigns and sponsorship agreements
Attend internal meetings and take concise notes
Requirements:
Self-starter with a proactive approach and strong initiative
Minimum of 2 years' experience in website content management
Minimum of 2 years' experience in website analytics and reporting
College diploma or certificate in web design, marketing, communications, or related field
Experience using Asana, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar project management tools
Experience working with sponsors, events, or marketing suppliers is an asset
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid until July (in-office at least once a week, possibly 2–3 times during training)
Fully remote starting in July
