Our client in the Electronic Manufacturing industry is looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Project Assist to join their team on a contractual basis. This is a hybrid role working 4 days in their North York office and 1 day from home. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English and have a strong customer service background.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Centralized Service Administration
- Proactively maintain database for various parts.
- Interact with third-party providers for equipment, training, scheduling
- Support service center onboarding, maintain database
- Assist in resolving day-to-day inquiries, issues with technicians, and Authorized Service Centers
- Handle general inquiries, follow-ups, postal code updates
- Allocate, resolve internal customer escalations
- Prepare, distribute bilingual communication to service network, internal staff
- Create, update documentation for process adherence
- Facilitate returns
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPEREIENCE:
- College or University diploma/degree
- 2+ years of customer service, administrative experience
- Strong MS Office, Google skills (Excel, Sheets, etc.)
- Clear, concise verbal, written communication skills
- Experience in crafting process communications
- Positive attitude, patience, ability to empathize with customers
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, meeting tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Must be bilingual (English/French)
