Job Description

Our client in the Electronic Manufacturing industry is looking for a Bilingual (French/English) Project Assist to join their team on a contractual basis. This is a hybrid role working 4 days in their North York office and 1 day from home. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English and have a strong customer service background. 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Centralized Service Administration
  • Proactively maintain database for various parts. 
  • Interact with third-party providers for equipment, training, scheduling
  • Support service center onboarding, maintain database
  • Assist in resolving day-to-day inquiries, issues with technicians, and Authorized Service Centers
  • Handle general inquiries, follow-ups, postal code updates
  • Allocate, resolve internal customer escalations
  • Prepare, distribute bilingual communication to service network, internal staff
  • Create, update documentation for process adherence
  • Facilitate returns 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPEREIENCE:

  • College or University diploma/degree
  • 2+ years of customer service, administrative experience
  • Strong MS Office, Google skills (Excel, Sheets, etc.)
  • Clear, concise verbal, written communication skills
  • Experience in crafting process communications
  • Positive attitude, patience, ability to empathize with customers
  • Effective multitasking, prioritization, meeting tight deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Must be bilingual (English/French)
