Our client, an established and well-respected Private Equity firm, is seeking a permanent full-time Executive Assistant to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary, immediate benefits, potential for bonus, and RRSP. The role is mostly in-office Downtown Toronto, but there will be the option to work from home occasionally (the EA team rotates this).
Roles and Responsibilities
-Provide executive support to 2 Managing Directors and their team
-Scheduling and calendar management
-Travel and meeting coordination
-Expense management
-Prepare PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and other documents as needed
-Event coordination
-Project support
-Occasional personal assistant tasks
-Other related administrative duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills
-Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma is strongly preferred
-Must have at least 5 years of Executive Assistant experience
-Experience working in Financial Services/corporate environments is strongly preferred
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
-Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
-Must be proficient in MS Office
-Must be able to work well both independently and in a team
-Must have strong time management and problem solving skills
