We are assisting our client, a respected union-focused organization, in the search for a Membership Administration Coordinator. This role is permanent, and is hybrid in Ottawa.

 

What you'll do:

This is a key role for a bilingual professional with strong administrative and coordination experience. You’ll oversee membership processes and support both internal and external stakeholders while contributing to an organization driven by values of equity and social justice.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual in English and French, both oral and written
  • Strong knowledge of data systems, quality control, and basic accounting
  • Proficiency in Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience coordinating teams or leading administrative processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment
  • Research, data/information gathering and analysis methods and techniques.
