Job Description
Our client located in North York is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Proposals Coordinator to join their team for an 11-week contract, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with project coordination, including document management and maintaining organized project files.
- Support the preparation of proposals and technical specifications, including formatting, editing, and proofreading documents to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling, correspondence, and internal coordination.
- Track proposal deadlines and submission requirements to help ensure timely delivery of high-quality submissions.
- Assist in assembling and maintaining a library of proposal templates, resumes, case studies, and other reusable content.
- Help coordinate internal review and approval processes for proposals and related documentation.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative/proposals support and/or document editing.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (e.g., InDesign) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
