We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Funding Representative to join our Credit Operations team. This individual will play a key role in reviewing, verifying, and processing automotive retail credit contract documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy. You’ll work closely with internal teams and dealership partners to resolve discrepancies and support timely funding, directly impacting dealer satisfaction and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate contract documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Ensure all conditions on credit commitment letters are fulfilled before funding.
Communicate with dealership personnel to resolve documentation or data issues quickly and effectively.
Enter complete and validated information into the portfolio system to enable accurate and timely contract processing.
Collaborate with Retail Credit Analysts, Credit Managers, and other internal stakeholders to address contract discrepancies.
Provide feedback and insights to help improve processing efficiency and customer experience.
Maintain ownership of assigned dealer territories and proactively identify service improvement opportunities.
What You Bring:
1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience within a finance, automotive, or credit-related environment.
Knowledge of business administration or finance principles.
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach.
Familiarity with compliance or documentation processes in a regulated environment is an asset.
