Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Analyst to join one of our top leading Clients' team. You will be responsible for managing user stories in Jira, supporting the development and lifecycle of corporate forms, and acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of system development standards, and the ability to drive high-quality deliverables from inception to release.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and resolve user stories and tasks in Jira, ensuring clarity and alignment with business needs.

  • Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of corporate forms, including creation, updates, deployment (production & ITE), and decommissioning.

  • Work with stakeholders to evaluate, gather, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

  • Monitor development work to ensure adherence to internal standards and future maintainability.

  • Manage incoming incidents and enhancement requests; assess priority and facilitate resolutions.

  • Define and execute user story acceptance tests to validate functionality against requirements.

  • Support team members with user story clarifications and proposed solutions.

  • Lead investigations into system incidents and assist with root cause analysis.

  • Facilitate discussions and negotiate technical solutions with business and IT stakeholders.

  • Ensure high-quality deliverables prior to every product increment release.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in an IT analyst or business systems analyst role.

  • Proven team lead experience or ability to lead initiatives independently.

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for ITSM processes or request handling.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or Commerce, and 3–5 years of relevant experience—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong facilitation, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • A self-starter with intellectual curiosity, persistence, and a passion for continuous improvement.

  • Confident communicator and relationship builder across technical and business teams.

  • Agile mindset with experience working in Scrum or Agile environments.

  • High attention to detail and a user-first approach to product development.

  • Team player who embraces change and strives for process innovation.

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

  • PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)

  • Google Data Analytics Certificate or Power BI/Tableau Certification

  • Familiarity with government, finance, or lending system
