Our established client in the automotive industry is seeking dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join their team. The successful candidates must be fluent in both English and French. This is a fully remote opportunity based in Canada.
Job Type: Contract until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension
Hourly Pay Rate: $25/hr
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week - Rotational shifts between 8 am and 9 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers and dealers regarding finance and leasing inquiries, providing comprehensive answers and potential solutions.
- Address customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring high-quality service while adhering to established procedures.
- Perform follow-up and administrative tasks associated with customer interactions to ensure client satisfaction and expectations are met.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and French, with excellent oral and written skills in both languages.
- A college diploma (DEC) is required; a university degree is preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment.
- Proficiency in handling customer service calls with proper telephone etiquette.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry’s products and services.
- Effective negotiation skills.
