Job Description

Technical Support - Toronto 

Location: On-site, Toronto 
Start Date: ASAP
Security Clearance: Secret 
Duration: 100–125 days

Altis Technology is seeking Technical Support Specialists for a contract opportunity with one of our Federal Government Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and configure smartphones using Samsung KME and Apple ADE

  • Conduct 30–45 minute on-site upgrade appointments

  • Transfer and validate user data

  • Ensure device functionality (email, apps, security)

  • Wipe and decommission legacy devices securely

  • Maintain accurate asset tracking in ServiceNow

  • Report daily progress and escalate issues as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Android and iOS enterprise deployments

  • Proficient in MDM tools (Samsung Knox, Apple ADE)

  • Excellent end-user support and customer service skills

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange

  • Minimum 6 months in Government of Canada help desk roles
