Duration: 100–125 days
Altis Technology is seeking Technical Support Specialists for a contract opportunity with one of our Federal Government Clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and configure smartphones using Samsung KME and Apple ADE
Conduct 30–45 minute on-site upgrade appointments
Transfer and validate user data
Ensure device functionality (email, apps, security)
Wipe and decommission legacy devices securely
Maintain accurate asset tracking in ServiceNow
Report daily progress and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications:
Experience with Android and iOS enterprise deployments
Proficient in MDM tools (Samsung Knox, Apple ADE)
Excellent end-user support and customer service skills
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange
Minimum 6 months in Government of Canada help desk roles
