Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/French)
Location: Toronto, ON (Remote with occasional in-office days)
Job Type: Contract – 8 Weeks, Full-Time Hours
Compensation: $27/hour

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support their team in Toronto. This is a full-time contract role for 8 weeks, offering flexibility with remote work and occasional in-office presence as needed. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and French and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry

  • Manage calendars, set up meetings, and coordinate virtual/in-person appointments

  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and internal documents

  • Communicate professionally in both English and French, written and verbally

  • Respond to phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service

  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems

  • Assist with special projects and office coordination tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written fluency required)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and videoconferencing tools

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage remote work responsibilities efficiently

  • Must be located in the Greater Toronto Area and available for occasional office visits
