Job Description
Our client, a leading property management firm, is seeking a Leasing Administrator to support day-to-day lease administration and tenant relations. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-tier tenant service in a professional setting.
This is an on-site position in Downtown Vancouver.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with lease administration including preparing lease documents, addendums, renewals, and notices
- Maintain accurate lease files, tenant records, and database updates
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, including welcome packages and required documentation
- Act as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries related to leasing, payments, and general concerns
- Process tenant billables, work orders, and purchase orders
- Support leasing team with administrative tasks and ad hoc reporting
- Ensure all leasing documents are properly filed and archived
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or leasing experience with real estate or property management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with YARDI is an asset
