Our client, an industry-leading brand in the performance apparel and gear space, is seeking a Project Manager to join their Brand Operations team. With a strong reputation for innovation and excellence, the organization produces award-winning campaigns and premium products that resonate with a global community of athletes and outdoor enthusiasts.
This is a hybrid, part-time contract position (up to 20 hours per week) requiring on-site work at the client's office in North Vancouver, BC. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
The client's Brand Operations team is a collaborative group of project managers, producers, and campaign experts. This team is responsible for defining and evolving production processes, leading cross-functional workflow, and delivering best-in-class content and campaigns. The work spans ecommerce content, brand and product campaigns, and advanced concept initiatives, in close partnership with brand management, creative, marketing, and product operations teams.
Responsibilities
Mapping out project timelines, key milestones, and delivery dates using standardized processes and project management software (e.g. Monday.com).
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project timelines, task allocation, and progress tracking.
Leading projects from kick-off through to completion, collaborating with creative, operations, channel, and leadership teams.
Anticipating and resolving issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Communicating project status updates and surfacing any potential risks or blockers.
Conducting retrospectives post-project to identify opportunities for improvement and increase efficiency.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management, campaign execution, design management, or product development.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Experience with project management software and collaboration tools (such as Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, and Figma).
A strong understanding of creative or design workflows is an asset.
A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
