Job Description

Our client, a leading organization involved in a major infrastructure expansion project, is seeking a dynamic Realty & Legal Liaison to join their Capital Projects Group. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant project that will shape the future of urban transit.

This is a contract role until October 2025 and requires 2 days per week on site downtown.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret legal agreements and technical documents
  • Support the team by preparing briefing notes and gathering key information
  • Assist acquisition and negotiation teams with land administration tasks
  • Help organize requests and detailed work plans
  • Draft letters and prepare mail merges for communication purposes
  • Manage multiple contracts with different delivery timelines
  • Monitor, verify, and track important documents throughout the project
  • Keep internal company systems up to date with accurate information
  • Review land and real estate documents to ensure they meet project requirements
  • Work closely with different departments such as Communications, Real Estate, and Legal to manage document workflows

Qualifications:

  • Ideally 5+ years of experience in a legal/paralegal/document management/administration role in land acquisition, urban planning, real estate, or asset management is highly preferred.
  • Experience with GIS systems and applications is a significant asset.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and efficiently process large volumes of data.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
